RETURNS

According to the French Consumer Code (articles L.221-18, L.224-79, L.224-91, L.312-19, and L.313-34), you have 14 days to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued either as store credit to be used on the website www.bikiniboom.fr or as a standard refund (shipping costs are not refunded), depending on the buyer's choice.

The maximum delivery time for purchases from the bikiniboom.fr online store is 60 days for France (due to logistical issues, etc.). After this period, if the customer has still not received their product, they will be able to request a refund. If the package is marked as "delivered" by the delivery company (e.g., the postal service, Colis Privé), and the customer claims not to have received it, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Request for a refund (in case of an item not delivered)

First, please check your package tracking using the link provided in your order confirmation email. If it indicates "delivered" but you haven't received it in your mailbox, it's possible the item has been returned to your nearest post office, or that a neighbor has received it. If your tracking information shows that your package/letter has been delivered by our service provider (the postal service, a private courier, or another), we can no longer assist you.

Delivery may be delayed during periods of high demand, up to a maximum of 60 days . If the item has still not been delivered after this period, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order that has not been delivered.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@bikiniboom.fr

Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by mail.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
If we made an error in your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if we are not responsible for the return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you received a gift (or gifts) with your item, please include it/them with your return.
