How long does it take to receive an order?

Please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery of your order during this period . Feel free to consult the page for more information. Order tracking is needed to find out where it is. Please wait several days before the tracking number is activated.

For foreign countries (outside of France), delivery times are 20 working days during this period.

This is not the correct size, can I return my product?

If a product is not suitable for you, you can exchange it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal?

It's perfectly normal that you didn't receive everything at the same time. The products you order are shipped directly from our suppliers . Therefore, if you order products from different suppliers, they will not arrive at the same time.
