As summer approaches, we inevitably feel the pressure to get in shape. swimsuit and want to give it my all to have a top-notch bikini body!
Bikiniboom has decided to write a short article on the blog so that there is a written record because you often ask us questions about the anti-cellulite routine .

1) The miracle gel: Percutafeine
This is the only anti-cellulite cream that's actually a medication (and not just a marketing gimmick with pretty packaging). It contains 5% caffeine, making it very effective. The more caffeine a cream contains, the more effective it will be against cellulite. It should be applied twice a day, morning and evening. Important: as with any treatment, it's crucial to follow the dosage instructions and use it regularly, otherwise it won't work. Apply it quickly, like a moisturizer, without really massaging it in (it's a gel, not an oil, so it's not meant for massage). Apply it to your thighs (front and back) and stomach. A helpful tip: apply a shimmering oil or moisturizer on top afterward, as it can be a little drying and leave white streaks after application. It's available in pharmacies without a prescription and costs around ten euros.
You will start to see results after about ten days. You will lose centimeters and your cellulite will diminish.
But that's not a magic bullet and it's not a complete miracle cure, so we advise you to combine it with exercise:
2) Aquabiking, aquagym or swimming with fins:
These are the best sports for losing cellulite! The effect of water pressure smooths the skin.

3) CelluM6 and manual lymphatic drainage massages :
It's a good supplement and it also works well against cellulite; the results are proven. It does require some budget and time.
4) Food :
A healthy diet, without too much salt and sugar, and with plenty of water, obviously helps eliminate cellulite (so we're avoiding the white chocolate and chocolate chip Magnums :-p
If you do all of this correctly, you should normally be able to get rid of this cellulite, but there are still three things that are important to know:

Cellulite isn't related to weight . You can be very thin and have a lot of cellulite, just as easily as the opposite. It depends on the quality of your skin, and we're all different... It's a bit unfair, let's face it!
The best thing is to maintain your fitness throughout the year and not let up, but we all have hectic lifestyles and inevitably experience periods of low energy... So sometimes you simply have to work with your body, learn to love it and be less hard on yourself, accept yourself...
We cannot live like robots either, we have to make do with our morphology, our bodies as women and mothers.
